Senate

 Frist "They've Served Him Well"

When Bill Frist ran for re-election in 2000, voters in Tennessee had a very positive impression of him, but knew relatively few specific about his work. The advertising strategy was to begin the campaign by putting together all the pieces of Bill Frist’s impressive story- his work as a senator, heart transplant surgeon, and medical missionary. This established the foundation for the rest of the campaign’s advertising, which focused on Senator Frist’s considerable work in the Senate- from Medicare prescription drugs to returning more local control of schools to parents and teachers. The radio campaign used real people to tell about Frist’s local accomplishments area-by-area. On Election Day, Senator Frist won 67% of the vote, sweeping 90 of Tennessee’s 95 counties, and setting a new record for a Republican statewide candidate.

"...they are team players, committed to producing an outstanding product, carefully listening to others in the process, and employing creative and innovative approaches to the broadcast message." Senator Bill Frist, TN
